Snail Bar, a popular wine bar in Oakland has local residents furious at all of the foot traffic it receives. Local resident, Kalikia Dugger is one of those furious neighbors. Living in the area for the last 15 years, she complains that the sidewalks are always overly crowded forcing her and others to walk into the street to avoid walking in between folks eating and drinking. She also mentions the over whelming noise that comes from the visitors of the Snail Bar. She wants the owner(s) of the establishment to know their business rights don't supersede her living rights.
