A group of Eastbay bike riders are angry after their Friday night bike ride in Oakland ended after a car abruptly drove through their group. The driver failed to yield or even stop after hitting one of the bikes as the rider jumped off. Oakland Counselman Dan Kalb said the driver of that vehicle should be held accountable.
