David Leon, is the owner of Tomi Sushi and Seafood Buffett in San Jose. He is accused of taking a $3.5 Million PPP loan and using the money for personal gain instead of the advancement of his business. The lawsuit claims, David was supposed to use the loan to help pay his 30+ employees, instead Mr. Leon refinanced his home, purchased vehicles, and gambled the loan.
