54 Yr old Steven Novelli, has been arrested and charged with 83 felony misdemeanors for installing hidden cameras TWICE inside of a Walnut Creek Starbucks. The charges include: Attempting to produce child pornography, eavesdropping, installing hidden cameras, & burglary. Police obtained a search warrant back on August 10th and checked Mr. Novelli's property, finding numerous amounts of digital evidence. Walnut Creek PD would like to speak to you if you went to the Starbucks on Main in Walnut Creek on June 4th and July 23rd. Steven Novelli has been in jail since last week and had court earlier today.
