Business owners of Oakland's 'Little Saigon' strip mall on 9th and International want Mayor Libby Schaaf to do something about the rising crime in the area. Aroung 4:30am Monday morning thieves broke into every store in the strip mall. One store caught several men entering his store from the ceiling, ultimatley making away with about 6k in change.
