At San Francisco's Golden Gate Park a couple visiting from Seattle became victims of the infamous "Bipping." Bipping, is the urban term used for "Smash and grab" for my followers who live under a rock lol. Their car was parked on Martin Luther King Drive & Kezar Drive when suddenly a man broke the car window and grabbed the couples luggage and backpack. After a chase and a short tussle, the perpetrator dropped all of the items he had and jumped inside of a get away vehicle and took off empty handed. SMH. Video down below.
