Ex- NBA Player Matt Barnes, took to IG to praise the NFL for changing its rules on Marijuana intake from it's players. The NFL recently announced they will no longer punish players who test positive for Marijuana. THIS IS HUGE!!! So many players need medicinal attention due to the pain their bodies endure.
