There as been a small break in the ongoing case between R&B superstar Usher & an unknown man. The gentleman who is suing Usher for allegedly exposing him with herpes at a Los Angeles spa has dropped his request to see Usher's medical records for now.
With-in a Year, Usher has been sued by 3 people; Quantasia Sharpton, as well as a Jane & John Doe, each alleging they caught herpes from the singer.
