Cash Money Records CEO/Rapper, Birdman, is back in another legal battle, after court documents show he defaulted on a loan he obtained back in 2015. The $12 Million loan came from EMG Transfer Agent. Birdman used the loan to purchase a Miami Mansion that was once owned by multi platinum record producer, Scott Storch. Today, court documents show that Birdman, in fact defaulted on the loan, & EMG wants the lavish pad foreclosed on so they can get their money back on the original loan as well as late fees and interest owed. Birdman is asking for $16.9 Million for the Mansion.
