On Tuesday, September 8, "The Travis Scott Meal" hit McDonald's around the country, making Travis Scott the first celebrity to have their own McD’s since Michael Jordan back in 1992.
In honor of his meals release date, Scott pull uped to a McDonald's in Downey, California to surprise the employees and fans! However, the city of Downey is now charging Scott for the large gathering over his new $6 meal. According to TMZ, the "SICKO MODE" rapper and the McDonald's location, have been cited by the city over the crowd of fans due to not having permits. Both fines come at a $100 price tag, so Scott and the restaurant chain will have to hand over $200.
Travis showed his frustration over the fine by taking to social media to and posting a bunch of mad face emoji’s on his IG story. The post was followed by “we love the fans forever.” in the rapper’s next IG story.
