Chris Brown was AWOL from a court hearing in Tampa, Florida on Thursday.
Brown was arrested in 2017 after he was accused of punching a photographer at a club event.
The photographer was allegedly hit so hard, his lip was busted and he hit a wall. The cameraman plans on suing Brown. Brown's attorney has said that Chris has been "wrongfully accused" in the matter. The case is still in the discovery stage.
Another hearing is set for January 17th, 2019.
