Eminem received criticism for using a homophobic slur against Tyler the Creator on his Kamikaze album song Fall.
Tyler called Eminem's Walk On Water "horrible" when it was released and during a multi-part interview with Sway, Eminem expressed his regret for using the slur saying,
"I think the word that I called him on that song was one of the things where I felt like this might be too far. Because in my quest to hurt him, I realize that I was hurting a lot of other people by saying it."
