In the fashion world, the Vogue September issue is the Bible. It's the biggest issue of the year and if you land the cover, you know you've made it.
Now this Septembers cover star is none other that Queen Beyoncé, and even though she doesn't need Vogue to let her know she's made it, it's still a pretty big honor. Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief- of Vogue magazine even went a step further and gave Beyoncé full control of the cover, the photos of her within the magazine and it's captions, which Beyoncé wrote herself. With this great power Beyoncé went and made history by hiring Tyler Mitchell to shoot the cover. Making the 23-year-old photographer the first ever to shoot a Vogue cover.
We can't wait to see what Beyoncé and Tyler Mitchell come up with.

Hey @voguemagazine, I know(after Googling) that you were founded in 1892. That doesn't mean you need to act like it's 1892.
