Steph Curry has an amazing basketball record but his sneaker line ain't quite up there yet. Ever since Curry launched his first pair of shoes, a collaboration with Under Armour, people haven't really had much faith in the basketball mega star. The first release notoriously became known as the "dad shoe" by Curry's own fans because of it's ugly design. Basically, Curry's sneaker line isn't flying off the shelves like his jersey does during the NBA Play Offs. It finally looks as though Curry and Under Armour heard the critics and has decided to right their wrongs by letting fans submit their own designs for Curry's next shoe.
The contest will consist of four rounds, Under Armour ICON judges will choose two semi finals, then whoever gets the highest number of votes on an Instagram poll moves on to the final. The judges will choose whoever they think fits the contest's theme "Wired Different." Fans can enter the "Hack of the Week" contest on the UA Website. The judging schedules are:
- 7/30 â 8/5 (Judging 8/6 â 8/12)
- 8/13 â 8/19 (Judging 8/20 â 8/26)
- 8/27 â 9/2 (Judging 9/3 â 9/9)
