Well, but looks like T.I. is getting off pretty easy for an incident in which he attacked a security guard in May. T.I. got into a mess when he attacked the security guard working at the gated community he lives on for not letting him back in! The good news is that it doesn't look like Tip will be serving any time for the assault.
TMZ reported that although he has been charged with 3 misdemeanor charges (single assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
