Let's start by saying that Kendrick Perkins shouldn't have even been on the bench for the Cavaliers. The dude hasn't played in almost 2 years and I can't figure out what he does at all. One thing he did last night was to pump up Steph Curry. At the end of the third he left his legs hanging into the court when Steph came by after shooting a 3. Steph tripped on them and they had words. The interaction seemed to piss off Steph who came alive and went nuts shooting 3 pointers in the 4th quarter.
This NBA Finals now seems to have two MVPs for the Warriors and they are both from Cleveland. Thanks JR Smith and Kendrick Perkins!
Multiple Warriors players told @ChrisBHaynes they were disturbed by Kendrick Perkins' reluctance to move as Stephen Curry backed into him on the sideline in Game 2. https://t.co/uxAVgrSlcS pic.twitter.com/LHYDRMtXvd— SportsCenter (@SportsCenter) June 4, 2018
Steph asked about Kendrick Perkins back & forth by Cavs bench: "Much ado about nothing." Klay: "Ha. Good movie." Steph: "Great movie." 😂😂 pic.twitter.com/qrUa4aHs8Z— 95.7 The Game (@957thegame) June 4, 2018
Steph did catch fire in the fourth quarter after Kendrick Perkins lit Steph's fire at the end of the 3rd quarter when the two got into it in front of the Cavs' bench. Kendrick wasn't even in uniform. Maybe LeBron should have a talk with him, tell him to cool it some.— Skip Bayless (@RealSkipBayless) June 4, 2018
Kendrick Perkins, wearing a suit, stood up in Stephen Curry's face just now.— Jason McIntyre (@jasonrmcintyre) June 4, 2018
Real tough guy talking trash on the bench in a suit
