Your graduation is what most students look forward to after they have finished their academic career. Not only is it an ode to yourself for completing all those years of school and starting your future, but its also a time to bring family and friends together to celebrate the happy occasion! But for some black graduates from the University of Florida, their one time for their family to see them walk across that stage was ruined by the school faculty itself.
When some black students were celebrating on stage for a quick second, a faculty member would come and aggressively rush them off of the stage.

Somebody please find out this employee’s name!! Every time a Black student took more than TWO seconds, he aggressively pushed them. Watch it for yourself. #ItsGreatUF pic.twitter.com/zMee1nMbUZ
The President of UofF W.Ken Fuchs took to Twitter to apologize for the faculty members behavior and his lack of involvement in helping the students, but for many of the students, the damage was already done.
The practice has been halted for all future ceremonies, and we will work to make sure all graduating students know we are proud of their achievements and celebrate with them their graduation. (2/2)— W. Kent Fuchs (@PresidentFuchs) May 6, 2018
The students are calling out for the usher who rushed the students off stage to be fired, but they have not yet been able to identify him.
