A man was shot and killed in Richmond on Thursday. This killing is the city's third homicide this week alone, after not having any killings since November of 2017.
The man appeared to be in his 30s and appeared to have died from a gunshot wound on 200 block of South 15th Street on Thursday morning, said Richmond police Lt. Felix Tan.
A neighbor told KTVU News that he had heard three gunshots in total.
The police found and recovered the victims body in the parking lot new Maine Ave, and the body was covered by a yellow tarp.
Lt.Tan said it is too early for them to say if any of the homicides are linked.
