He was reportedly heading home from a shopping trip when he decided to buy a Set For Life scratcher and won $20 million! According to NBC Bay Area, this is the largest sum California has ever paid out for a scratcher ticket.
The lucky winner decided to take the lump sum payment of $11.6 million and plans to purchase a F250 truck.
