There's been a surge in smash-and-grab victims in the Bay Area and this time, a little girl witnessed it first hand while her father stepped out to grab a coffee in Oakland.
The man reportedly parked his car, went across the street to grab a coffee and heard a loud bang, according to NBC Bay Area. His daughter was screaming, "They took your bag!" as he ran over.
The two men who were seen breaking into the car were reportedly driving a 2015 Silver Sentra.
