San Francisco In-N-Out Still Allowing Indoor Dining, Despite City Shut Down

In-N-Out received national coverage recently after refusing to check vaccine cards at their San Francisco location. The city's vaccine mandate requires all indoor diners to be fully vaccinated. As a result, this location was temporarily closed.

The restaurant was allowed to reopen on one condition - they would only allow takeout or outdoor dining. However, it seems that despite the city's regulation, In-N-Out is still allowing customers to dine indoors.

According to Eater SF, the San Francisco Department of Health is further investigating and will “take next steps to address any observed violations."
