Meet 'Dads on Duty'-They Show Up & Fights @ This High School Campus Stopped

When these dads heard that there was a big spike in violence at their kids' high school - they decided to unite to help out and shut it down. Fights on the Southwood High School campus got so bad, that reports said 23 kids were arrested over the course of 3 days! Dads on Duty organized and they are 40+ dads that take shifts to give support and encouragement, while serving up some dad jokes and most importantly tough love to get these behbehs back on track. You'll find these father figures on campus from the start of classes to the end of the day and since they've arrived violence on campus has disappeared! The kids joke about the dad stare, but we all know how quick it can snap you back to reality. Their presence has made the students feel safe and kids who don't have a father figure are getting some Dad love on the daily. Students say more kids are back in class and on time- with this success Dads on Duty is looking to start chapters throughout the country.
