Maria Infante received a $95 dollar parking ticket due to "chalking" and now she's suing San Francisco for $50 million.

In San Francisco, tires are marked with chalk to establish what cars have overstayed the parking limit. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the lawsuit claims that the city marks peoples' vehicles “without the owners’ consent, surreptitiously to obtain information used as the basis for parking citation.”

Many cities have reportedly done away with chalking vehicles and adopted alternate methods to enforce parking.
