A new skyscraper is set to break ground in San Francisco early in 2022.

The 800 ft. tower will sit on Howard St. in the Transbay District and will have a 15 floor hotel, office space, 170 condos and more, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The build will take about two and a half years, while the hotel space is slated to open in 2026. Upon completion, it will be the fourth highest building in the city.

The San Francisco Chronicle also reports that Salesforce committed to occupy the new tower's office space pre-pandemic, but has reportedly backed out due to employees working from home.
