Tourists suffer black eyes and bruises after being attacked in the Emeryville parking garage. The two women were reportedly stopping by to do some errands when two men approached the vehicle and proceeded to attack them.
Video shows one woman almost get run over by a car as two men grab her. She told ABC 7, "Two men just ran out and went towards me. It felt so fast like I just closed my eyes and opened it and the car was gone, everything was gone."
