Tony Bennett wants to do something special for all frontline workers. He is asking Bay Area resident to come together and sing his famous song "I Left My Heart In San Francisco". On Saturday, April 25 at noon, residents can go to their windows, stoops, yards, or anywhere in their home to sing the famous song.
San Francisco's Chief of Protocol, Charlotte Mailliard Shultz, has gotten the Warriors and Giants organizations to participate and is hoping to get the rest of the world to join. She encourages people to upload videos to social media with hashtag #SingOutSF. You can also send your videos to SF Chronicle via dropbox here! Videos must be sent by 5pm on Saturday, April 25.
