Drake uses an unheard track that Michael Jackson did before he passed away and MJ's nephew Austin Brown isn't with it.  According to TMZ Drake's track 'Don't Matter To Me' uses an unreleased track Michael that he did before "Thriller"..

Rebbie Jackson's son, Austin Brown, was in Hollywood Friday and tells TMZ he is not ok with Drake using the unreleased Michael track. Austin believes if MJ didn't finish the song, Drake shouldn't have used it.

“I just feel like, if he didn’t finish it, you shouldn’t use it,” he said. “He’s an artist. Everything he made … I respect the artist, I just don’t feel like it’s OK to use someone’s vocals and change them. It’s music at the end of the day. It’s art. I’m not gonna say it's taking advantage... I wouldn’t do it.”

However Austin does give Drake some props for his talent...

What do you think? Do you think it was disrespectful?
