Suge Knight’s Girlfriend Indicted For Selling Fatal Hit-and-Run Video to TMZ

Nearly two years after #SugeKnight was arrested and charged for murder after a fatal hit-and-run that left  one man dead and another injured, the parties who allegedly sold the  video evidence to TMZ have been indicted for the crime.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

According  to Variety, Knight’s girlfriend, Toilin Kelly, and his business  partner, Mark Blankenship, have been charged and indicted for allegedly  selling the video of the fatal hit-and-run to TMZ for $55,000.  Apparently, the two spent nearly 30 days making a deal with TMZ for  surveillance video. However, prosecutors say that the video was to be  used as evidence in the murder case, and its release was prohibited.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Last week, Kelly pleaded  not guilty to counts of conspiracy to obstruct justice, conspiracy to  violate a court order, and conspiracy to commit grand theft, just nearly  two months after the initial indictment. As for Blankenship, he is  still awaiting arraignment for the same charges, according to the  publication. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If convicted, the two face up to three years in prison.
