In 2017, it's hard to understand why these things are still happening. A woman was brutally beaten by a man after she declined to give him her phone number. When he became agitated, she asked him to leave. He then suddenly moves towards her and punches her in her face! Her friend tried to intervene and was met with another attack!
There is absolutely no excuse for this behavior. I hope he was arrested!
