  1. Roy Oliver, the Dallas police officer who shot and killed 15-year-old Jordan Edwards, was charged with murder, days after being fired from the police force in connection with the incident.  
  2. Oliver surrendered himself
  3. He faces a $300,000 bond.       
  4. Of 423 killings by police this year, Jordan Edwards and Chad Robertson (who was killed by a Chicago Amtrak Officer are the only cases where an officer has been charged with a crime.
