On a flight leaving SF heading to Dallas a woman passenger was apparently attempting to put her stroller in a luggage compartment when an angry flight attendant snatched the stroller from the mother hitting her and almost hitting her child, which you can see she's holding in the video.
This clip is the aftermath- the mom, in the vid, seen and heard crying after the experience was consoled by American Airlines employees as passengers are trying to understand what they just witnessed, while two other passengers come to her defense.
Shouts to the man that stepped up to express that how the flight attendant reacted was NOT ok!
Since the incident AA has released a statement (Read Here)- handling this WAY better than United handled the Dr. Dao incident!
