A month after Chris Brown & Soulja Boy declared they would be doing a celebrity boxing match to let out their frustrations, now Chris Brown is stating he will not be doing the celebrity match because there were too many people involved. He did go on to say that if Soulja Boy wants to square up in the streets, he's ready.  Looks like that's one ppv we won't have to pay to see.
