After being shut down by health officials, Alameda County is now able to resume outdoor dining. The county is mandating people to use face coverings at all time when outdoor except when eating or drinking.
With new safety guidelines in place, the Oakland Zoo is now available to open up. All indoor services are prohibited and must remain closed.
