Oakland A’s Fans Are Planning to Protest the Season Opener & All Home Games

The 2024-2025 MLB season starts today and Oakland A’s fans plan on boycotting every home game this season starting tonight against at the season opener against the Cleveland Guardians. One fan calling it a “Summer of Boycotts” as fans fight for A’s owner John Fisher to sell the team so they can stay rooted in Oakland. It’s expected to be about 20,000 fans in attendance at tonight’s game, mainly tailgating in the parking lot hoping to send a strong message to ownership.
