California In Talks To Allow TO GO COCKTAILS & Alcoholic Drinks Permanently

During the Pandemic we got used to a lot of new things, including mask wearing, social distancing, picking up food curbside oh and getting your alcoholic mixed drinks, wine and beer TO GO. Well there are some states that have already decided to keep this new allowance. States like Delaware, Maine, Virginia and Washington have reportedly already approved an extension that would allow to go cocktails in their states until at least 2022. Just this last week Florida's Governor made to go cocktails legal with the signing of a new bill. This option to allow to go alcoholic beverages during the pandemic kept a lot of restaurants open in a tough time and now that people have responsibly participated in this allowance it could become a reality. In states like California, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and more changes to the law are actively being pursued with bills in progress to permanently allow for alcoholic beverages as to go items be law. We will soon see how these bills move forward and if you'll be able to get your mixed drink to go indefinitely.
