Cell Phone Sale In The Dro Ends In Tragedy

You gotta be careful when you sell something to a stranger you meet online!

According to SF Gate:

"A man who was fatally shot when he went to a San Leandro gas station to sell his cell phone to a buyer who answered his online ad, was identified as a 32-year-old father, authorities said.

Daniel Carlos of Redwood City was killed about 1:15 p.m. Saturday at a 76 gas station at 159th Avenue and East 14th Street, said Sgt. Ray Kelly of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office."

The suspect is still at large.
